I came across this presentation on transmedia storytelling around scenario planning activities. The importance of storytelling is important here as this is how you should recognise, acknowledge and re-interpret the unfolding of a possible scenario in reality. The scenario is a hyper-real possible future and will be re-interpreted as reality (without the hyper):
