Hello. I live in Edinburgh and have been in the same house for the last 15 years. I work at the University of Edinburgh in the School of Education and Sport. Starting at the end of September, I will be the Deputy Head of School, responsible for the development of the academic portfolio. Currently I am wrapping up my time as Director of Post-Graduate Taught Studies. For those familiar with the UK higher education system, managing and directing an academic portfolio is a challenging role. I anticipate it will be quite demanding in the coming years, but I am ready to take on that responsibility. I’m also currently involved in a few projects building capacity in digital education in sub-Saharan Africa, which you can see more about here, here and here. I also teach on the MSc in Digital Education.
